  1. *amzrepe* Every one of your accessoriess are beautiful , so much fun to watch, thank you!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  2. These “trends” seem to be timed to financial or economic trends. I not seeing much bold departures. Mostly rehash of charms and tiny chains. I don’t miss the garish flash trash, but i do like artistic metalworking rather than massed produced logo emblems. Appreciate your approach.

  3. Thank you for your video! I wrote my comment then realized that it may come across as being derogatory toward your video and thats not at all what i am trying to express. So i thought id better write this first! I dont mean this as an insult whatsoever to you or your choices in jewelry! Just what I have observed and what i personally prefer.

I always find that there are a couple types of jewelry “trend” lists. Those for the rich. Always based on expensive metals/expensive gemstones etc: Gold, Silver, Diamonds, pearls expensive/rare etc but kinda 🥱 If you have the money it is an investment. True. But you could do that without wearing it around your neck on display too. (I think its also kind of a statement too? “I’m THIS MUCH, rich!” lol)

And then theres a trend list for the rest of us, middle/working class or lower income: beads, leather, copper, not so rare gemstones, glass, carved wood, etc some made by artists in home studios, carved/weaved sculpted, etc.

Usually way less monetary value but often, imo, way more interesting/beautiful to look at or has irreplaceable, one of a kind artwork or sentimental value, instead.

Being an artist myself, (and a very practical person sometimes) I personally prefer the homemade or earthy pieces. Where no two are made the same. And you can see its beauty without needing to see a pricetag first….no loupe or special lighting needed to see its beauty or authenticity.

I personally think that a nice piece of labradorite, opal or even encased iridescent butterfly wings (collected ethically of course) are WAY more beautiful than a boring diamond. IMO You’ve seen one diamond or gold chain, you’ve seen them all!
